Under Article 22 of Law 30 December 1991, no. 412, as amended and complemented by Law no. 15/2005, and Presidential Decree no. 118 of 7 aprile 2000, starting from March 31 1992, Italian Government offices, regional and local authorities, and other public entities are required to keep the Register of all entities, including individuals, that have received grants, subsidies, loans, and economic benefits that have been paid out of their own budget.
The Register shall be updated annually.
